Join Oceanside Hospice Society for a peaceful morning of reflection, connection, and remembrance at our annual Butterflies & Memories event in the beautiful courtyard at Berwick Qualicum Beach.
Together, we will honour the lives of loved ones who have died through a meaningful butterfly release ceremony. As each butterfly takes flight, it serves as a powerful symbol of transformation, hope, and the enduring presence of those we carry in our hearts. For many families, the release offers a moment of peace, healing, and connection as they remember someone special.
The event will feature beautiful live guitar music by Andrew Collins and refreshments generously provided by Berwick Qualicum Beach.
Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are warmly invited to gather with others in a supportive and compassionate environment to celebrate cherished memories and honour the lasting impact of those who have touched our lives.
Each ticket includes one butterfly for release. Additional butterflies may be purchased to honour multiple loved ones.
All proceeds support the compassionate grief support, palliative support, and end-of-life programs provided free of charge by Oceanside Hospice Society throughout our community.
