Cycle of Life Tour - August 26-27th

Thank you for supporting the OCEANSIDE HOSPICE WHEELERS!

The 2023 team rides to raise much needed funds for critical services provided by the Oceanside Hospice Society. Those services include grief counselling, support groups, one-to-one companioning, and delivery of medical equipment so that palliative people in our community are able to remain in the comfort of their homes for as long as possible. All of these services are offered at no charge in the Oceanside community.

Our previous teams were very successful; $18500.00 in 2018, over $19,000 in 2019, over $20,000 in 2020, and $23, 132.00 in 2021. Last year, our team raised just over $25,000!

Each rider commits to raise a minimum of $1000.00 but our team goal is to match or better the 2022 total. Oceanside Hospice Wheeler cyclists ride for a special person; often someone who received care from our hospice or whose family was supported through their grieving process.

The 2023 Oceanside Hospice Wheelers appreciate all donations to our team this year! Please note 100% of funds raised by us go to our hospice; a receipt for tax deduction is issued on line. Make your donation here at the secure Cycle of Life Tour website

Light the Way Campaign

Light the Way Campaign - December 1st - January 3rd

The holiday season can be a tough time for people who have recently lost a loved one. As the holiday season fast approaches, we would like to offer the community and those who have suffered a loss, a unique opportunity to include their loved one in their holiday celebrations.

You can honour the memory of your loved one by purchasing a string of decorative lights, an illuminated sphere, an illuminated forest animal, or an illuminated tree and help us create a beautiful holiday display outside the Oceanside Hospice Society Resource Centre at 210 Crescent Rd. W. The display will be featured from December 1st  to January 3rd. Please help us "Light the Way"!

All funds will be used to support our programs and services. Please click on this link to donate.
We use Zeffy (formerly Simplyk), the only online ticketing platform for non-profits that gives 100% of your payment directly to us. A contribution to support them will be suggested at the confirmation step, but if you click "other" from the drop down menu, you can select zero and choose not to.
