We are so fortunate to be the recipients of the Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign once again this year!

Butterflies & Memories
We are so excited to be holding our Butterfly Release once again this year! The Butterfly Release will be hosted by Berwick Qualicum Beach on Thursday, July 11th at 10am. Purchase a butterfly for $25 and honour the memory of a loved one by releasing a butterfly. The butterfly is utilized as a symbol by hospice organizations around the world, representing transition and transformation.
Tickets include complimentary coffee, tea and cookies.
Registration: 10am
Release: 10:30am
Refreshments to follow.
Butterflies can only be released if the weather is suitable! Please be advised that should it be a rainy day, we will give participants their butterflies to take home to release when the rain stops!

Cycle of Life Tour - July 20th - July 21st
The 2024 team rides to raise much needed funds for critical services provided by the Oceanside Hospice Society. Those services include grief counselling, support groups, one-to-one companioning, and delivery of medical equipment so that palliative people in our community are able to remain in the comfort of their homes for as long as possible. All of these services are offered at no charge in the Oceanside community.
Our previous teams were very successful; $18500.00 in 2018, over $19,000 in 2019, over $20,000 in 2020, and $23, 132.00 in 2021, $25,000 in 2022 and last year, they raised an incredible $47,000!
Each rider commits to raise a minimum of $1000.00 but our team goal is to match or better the 2023 total. Oceanside Hospice Wheeler cyclists ride for a special person; often someone who received care from our hospice or whose family was supported through their grieving process.
The 2024 Oceanside Hospice Wheelers appreciate all donations to our team this year! Please note 100% of funds raised by us go to our hospice; a receipt for tax deduction is issued on line. Make your donation here at the secure Cycle of Life Tour website. Thank you for your support!
Oceanside Hospice Golf Tournament - Friday, August 16th
Our annual fundraising golf tournament is set for Friday, August 16th at Fairwinds Golf Course this year!
Tickets are $180 and include 18 holes of golf, golf cart and a gourmet prime rib dinner. The golf tournament will feature live and silent auctions.
Please join us for a fabulous day of golf, and a wonderful evening with friends! All the funds raised from this event support our programs and services which are offered free of charge in our community.
