Current COVID-19 Protocols

We acknowledge that each of us has different comfort levels around the COVID-19 Pandemic. However, we are committed to ensuring our clients continue to receive the care and services they need. Therefore, we take all necessary precautions to safeguard our clients, staff, and volunteers' health and well-being.

As preventive measures and out of concern to protect our community's most vulnerable, Oceanside Hospice Society has the following orders in place:

• Masks are optional for individual counselling sessions. If your preference is for our counsellor to wear a mask, please let reception know when you arrive for your appointment.
• Masks are recommended in the reception area and for any group sessions or gatherings. Once seated masks are optional.
• Thank you for leading with kindness and consideration as we continue through COVID-19 transitions.
• Mask removal is a personal choice, as is choosing to continue to wear one.  Oceanside Hospice Society supports these personal decisions and asks our community to be respectful of everyone's choices.
